Delamination of the floor can be an issue with older caravans. Both Patsy 1 & 2 suffered from it but we were able to get it fixed under warranty - thankfully. Basically, it's when the layers of ply that make up the floor of the van become separated, creating an effect not unlike walking on a mattress. Ok, maybe thats an exaggeration but you get the idea.
